Blockchain Infrastructure & Digital Asset Engineer

Neti helps move money and digital assets in production environments by integrating with the systems our clients already use. We are building NetiRails a payment orchestration platform running on client infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced engineer to bridge the business world with advanced blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stablecoin Architecture: Lead the technical deployment of stablecoin projects, designing secure minting, burning, and stablecoin payment workflows tailored to partner needs.
• Wallet Infrastructure: Advise on and implement robust self-custody and custodial wallet solutions, ensuring peak security and seamless user experiences.
• Transaction Management: Build and optimize off-chain ledger systems to track, manage, and reconcile high-volume, distributed financial transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a core Web3 developer or architecture role.
• Proven hands-on experience in building stablecoins and a deep understanding of stablecoin payment workflows, including settlement, liquidity management, and fiat-on/off ramps.
• Strong technical understanding of wallet infrastructure, with specific experience integrating and securing Self-Custody and Custodial wallets (e.g., MPC, multisig, hardware security modules).
• Extensive experience managing distributed financial transactions and architecting scalable off-chain ledgers for rapid, low-cost transaction processing and settlement.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages relevant to the space (e.g., Rust, Go, Solidity, Python, or TypeScript) and experience with smart contract development.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) or privacy-preserving blockchain technologies.
• A strong portfolio of open-source contributions or previous work in decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
