NetiRails is our payment orchestration platform that seamlessly connects payment execution, FX, compliance, and reconciliation into one operational system. Built as a core payment infrastructure for FinTechs and payment institutions, it is the absolute "holy grail" for the finance world. It allows them to launch cross-border payments without building the entire stack from scratch.

The market is hungry for this, and the product is ready to deploy. It’s highly demanded and practically flying off the shelves—we just need the right person to get it in front of the biggest players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business

  • Establish B2B partnerships to expand our customer base

  • Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Stay current with blockchain and IT industry trends

  • Represent the company at events and conferences, primarily in the EU or US

What you will do:
  • Scale Sales: Actively acquire Enterprise clients from the FinTech sector, traditional banks, and neobanks across international markets.
  • Build Processes: Design, implement, and manage the entire sales pipeline from end to end (from initial outreach to closing the deal).
  • Manage Relationships: Lead business discussions at the C-level, deeply understand the business needs of financial institutions, and match them with NetiRails' capabilities.
  • Shape Strategy: Work closely with the Founders and the tech team to optimize our commercial strategy and product positioning.
  • Represent the Company: Attend key international industry events and conferences (primarily in the EU and US).
Must-haves:
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: A proven track record of closing deals and acquiring corporate clients within FinTech, banking, or payment technologies.
  • Financial Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, regulatory challenges, and the technological needs of banks, neobanks, and payment institutions.
  • Process-Driven Mindset: The ability to take extreme ownership, organize your own work independently, and structure sales processes from A to Z.
  • International Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development in the international tech/IT sector.
  • Fluent English: C1 level or higher (you will be negotiating deals with clients worldwide).

Nice-to-haves:

  • A track record of growing accounts (upsell/expansion) through trust and delivery excellence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and advanced AI prospecting tools.
  • An interest in or experience with AI technologies.
