Neti is looking for a person to join the newly created one-person marketing team. If you think you have experience and skills in these areas: marketing strategy (planning processes), performance marketing, social media, marketing automation, please get in touch with us. We are looking for a person ready to conduct constant tests and experiments and quickly conclude them. You have a chance to build a software house with a global reach on the crypto market🙌

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:

 

• Performance marketing: creating sales advertising campaigns, including preparing advertisements, publishing, analyzing, and concluding; skillful use of the regulations in force in the leading advertising channels (Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram); conducting sales mailing campaigns for own and external groups of recipients

• Social media: self-creation of posts and relationships on SoMe channels, posting video creations, organizing activities to build reach and increase sales conversion from SoMe channels, creating, coordinating, and monitoring brand communication in social media

• Influence marketing: organization of special events with the participation of Influencers - creative mailings, events, lives, video materials, etc. (organization of events)

• Independently and effectively present to potential clients by conducting online and offline presentations

• Collaborating with agencies as needed

• Developing a marketing strategy

• Website maintenance

• Preparing the content

Key Accountabilities:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the IT industry

• You will tell us what to do and how to do it and what tools you need to do it

• You have strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FB Ads, Google Ads i Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads, Keyword Planner, Ads Manager, Audience Insights, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems 

• Demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS Marketing with a focus on lead generation

• Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth

• You are characterized by above-average independence and initiative in action

• Excellent communication skills

• When you deal with a problem, you look for the best solution, and when you don't know something, you do research

• You will help to develop and implement a marketing plan to increase Neti’s brand awareness and generate organic traffic 

• Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity and adjust future plans accordingly

• Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level C1

• Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Polish
